Ricki Weiss
Ricki Weiss was a teacher in the Cleveland School District and taught 9th grade English at Alexander Hamilton Junior High School. After working in fashion retail as a manager and buyer, Ricki opened her own employment agency and was an agent for ten years, before founding and serving as Executive Director of Dress for Success Cleveland from 1998 until June, 2002.

Ricki is currently the Founder and Executive Director of Teachers' Aid Inc, which started in July of 2002.
