A one-page grant application form is filled out at any time during the school year and sent to Teachers' Aid, Inc.

The application process
- Applications are signed by the requesting teacher and the school Principal.
- Applications are reviewed by a Committee made up of a diverse group of community representatives.
- The Committee reviews all applications and awards grants four times a year in January, April,
September and November
- A response is forwarded to the requesting teacher within two weeks of the award.
- Grant funds must be used during the same school year.
- A short report is required from the teacher at the end of the project that describes how the
funds were used accompanied by receipts.
- Unused funds must be returned to Teachers' Aid, Inc.
